ARTICLE 1: Introdution

The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the Hammam de la Rose (Company Lodare sarl) web catalog. Any order placed on this site assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.


These general conditions of sale and provision of services apply automatically to all purchases of products and/or services, operated on the Internet by, one side, Hammam de la Rose (Lodare sarl), and by the other side the Client/Customer, via the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Electronic Payment Center.
The General Terms and Conditions are only applicable to transactions concluded with the Consumer Customer.

These General Terms and Conditions are systematically given to each Customer upon confirmation of the reservation, and are also presented on the website
The Customer is required to read it before placing any order. Consequently, placing an order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectuses, catalogs issued by the Company and which have only an indicative value. Any contrary condition opposed by the Customer will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against the Company, regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention.
The Customer declares to have read these General Terms and Conditions and to have accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online ordering procedure on the site
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Service Provider's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Client.


The prices indicated are prices including tax in moroccan dirham, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Hammam de la Rose reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the website or in our brochures on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.


The Customer who wishes to purchase a service must reserve according to the following terms.
If the Client comes to our SPA he can choose his service on site and he will be asked to pay an advance.
For remote clients:
• The client can select the Services he wishes to order on our site
• The client has to wait for the request to be confirmed by email or telephone.
• The client will be invited to consult the online payment page on our site, read the General Terms and Conditions, and then complete the payment form.
• Make the payment of the advance under the conditions provided.
• Confirmation of his reservation will be communicated to him by email or by telephone.

The sale will only be considered valid after payment of the advance and receipt of reservation confirmation. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.
To confirm the reservation, the Customer must make payment no later than one hour (1 hour) after confirmation of availability of the service by email or telephone.


The price is paid on site in cash, by credit card via our TPE, or online by secure payment method.
Payments made by the Customer will only be considered accepted after actual collection of the sums due by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider will not be required to provide the Services ordered by the Customer if the Customer does not pay the Service in advance under the conditions indicated above.
The Client will be asked to pay an advance of 250.00 MAD per person for the reservation.
For online order payment, the Client
choose the payment method from those offered by Hammam de la Rose (Lodare sarl) on the payment page.
In this case the transaction is charged to the Client within the day following the date of delivery confirmation.
The online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a completely secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees the Hammam de la Rose Company (Lodare sarl) that he has the authorizations that may be necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the Order Form.
In the event of payment by bank card, actions relating to the fraudulent use of payment provided for apply agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card and the Société Hammam de la Rose (Lodare sarl) and its banks.


The information of the Client is necessarily requested to process the order and is treated confidentially.
The client has the right of rectification relating to the data concerning him.


Postponements or cancellations of services must be made at least 72 hours before the service otherwise the provision of services will not be reimbursed.

If the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the performance of the ordered service, the Company will make a total refund of the amount advanced.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from notification of clients decision to withdraw.


If the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the performance of the ordered service, at the customer's request, the Company may issue a credit towards a future reservation, valid for 6 months.


The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of Hammam de la Rose (Lodare sarl) constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the company Hammam de la Rose (Lodare sarl).


Hammam de la Rose (Lodare sarl) is only responsible for the execution of its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them, such as in particular: act of public authority, hostilities, war, act of the Prince, natural disaster, fire, flood, pandemics, strikes without notice, etc.
